1. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD. Minimum order quantities may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is processed.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order for new customers. Established business partners may qualify for invoice terms (Net 30). We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated based on order quantity and destination. Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days after order processing. Rush shipping is available for an additional fee.

4. Returns and Refunds

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Intellectual Property

ErgoMug design is patent-pending. Purchase of ErgoMugs does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Customers may not replicate the ergonomic handle design.

We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties except as required to process and fulfill your order.
