Dye Sublimation Specifications

Our mugs require a premium dye sublimation coating that meets the following criteria:

• Consistent, even application across the entire mug surface
• Optimized for vibrant color reproduction
• Heat-resistant to withstand the sublimation process
• Dishwasher and microwave safe after printing
• Compatible with standard sublimation inks and processes
• Durable finish that resists scratching and fading

Production Workflow

1. Design Implementation: Working with our patent-pending handle designs to create production molds
2. Material Selection: Using high-quality ceramic materials suitable for dye sublimation
3. Mug Formation: Creating the base mugs with our ergonomic handle designs
4. Firing Process: Initial firing to create the bisque ceramic
5. Coating Application: Applying the dye sublimation coating evenly to the entire mug surface
6. Final Firing: Completing the ceramic production process
7. Quality Control: Inspecting each mug for defects and coating consistency
8. Packaging: Preparing mugs for safe shipping to print-on-demand facilities or direct customers
